Billing Information
Billing will occur in Skyward and full payment must be made prior to October 9, 2023.
NOTE: Please login to Skyward with the primary account holder's login to make the payment. Failure to pay by the due date will forfeit your spot on the trip.

We will have a limited number of seats available and will take CVHS students on a first-come, first-serve basis. This trip is for experienced skiers only.
Trip Pricing:
Quads - $435 (4 students in the room)
Triples - $467(3 students in the room)
Doubles - $515 (2 students in the room)
Epic 2-day pass to ski at Stowe $161 – see instructions attached to order through the tour company

Please note: Pricing is based on rooming. If a roommate drops out of the trip, another student could be placed in the room or students will be required to pay the difference for the room option.
Students should see Mrs. Whitehead in Rm 208 to indicate roommates after payment is received.
Deadlines:
10/8/23 – complete payment is due via Skyward - $50 is non-refundable
12/22/23 – last day for full refund (-$50 non-refundable charge stated above)
1/26/24 – final day of any refund (-$200 charge) – after this date = no refund
