William "Billy" Fish has been honored for his exemplary volunteer service with a Certificate of Excellence from The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards. Billy was among the top 10 percent of all applicants from the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, Billy has qualified for the President's Volunteer Service Award. This award recognizes Americans who have volunteered significant amounts of their time to serve their communities and their country.
